You are considering our company, Great ! When purchasing our hair please keep in mind that the hair is 100 % virgin hair. The color of the hair will vary slightly as well as the color from order to order. We will do our best to match the hair color and wave/curl pattern to your exact needs as your satisfaction is our utmost priority. From time to time a product may be out of; stock, discontinued, or back ordered. If this happens we will contact you and offer a similar product or grant a full refund, should you not want a replacement item.
I purchased !! Blushing Beauty in the making.. what next?
Once you have placed your order the sale is final. Your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. If you would like to use someone else’s credit card, we would need a credit card authorization form sent to us. Please email us for more details. If you use someone else’s card without their authorization and credit card fraud is detected, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
I placed an order where is my blushing bundle of joy ?
We process orders from 9am-5pm Monday- Friday EST. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed after 5pm, the order will start processing the next business day. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking number.
Awaiting Shipping, Waiting to Blush….
When placing your order , please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If it is incorrect please contact us immediately, so that we can intercept it via USPS.Please allow 5-7 business days in order for you to receive your order. We ask that you order in advance for your order to reach you in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier delays or natural disasters.
I have my item but I am not Blushing….Can I Exchange?
While our goal is to make everyone a Blushing Beauty , we understand that on some occasions you may have a change of heart. We as women have the right to change our mind! If you wish to exchange a product, please emails us with the subject Exchange and your reasons. Exchanges are granted on a case by case basis .If the exchange is granted, you may send the product back for an item of equal or greater price. The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same selling condition as received. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange. Exchanges will only be made 3days after the order has been received.

We here at Blushing maintain a high level of quality assurance. Each bundle is inspected by a team of Blushing Experts before it is shipped out to you. Due to the nature of our products ,sales are final and no returns are permitted.
